Progress is well underway at Wirra Estate, with the community beginning to take shape on site. Bulk earthworks and civil works are now complete, and building slabs have been poured across four townhome pads, totalling thirteen residences.

Framing is rising with nine residences already standing, while additional slabs are scheduled to be poured in the coming weeks. Once framing continues across the remaining homes, brickwork and cladding will commence, marking the next stage of construction.

Key infrastructure works are also advancing. Services reticulation has been finalised, all retaining walls across the estate are complete, and fencing has been installed along the northern boundary.

With momentum building, the coming months will see the community continue to transform as homes progress from slab to structure, bringing the vision of Wirra Estate closer to reality.
