Construction has continued at pace across Wirra Estate, with strong progress achieved as the year draws to a close.

SITE PROGRESS UPDATE

Nearly all concrete slabs across the estate have now been poured, marking a major milestone on site. Framing is complete or underway across more than 75% of residences, with the built form of the community becoming increasingly visible.

Externally, cladding has been installed on multiple homes, brickwork is progressing steadily, and windows and doors are now in place where exteriors have been completed.

INTERNAL WORKS UNDERWAY

Inside the residences, interior fit-outs are now officially underway and progressing well. In parallel, connection to the Energex network has been completed, supporting the next stages of construction as the project continues to advance.
